At Arabella & Rose, we want your little one to love their new outfit, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a store credit or exchange on all full-priced items. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are within the 30-day return window and are in original, unworn condition with all Arabella & Rose tags still attached.

  Submit Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and send them back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Process Credit

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
